SHOP PRODUCTION SET UP
Production Sets available
Upon request of many of our customers, we would like to introduce our production set. The recommended set consists of equipment that supports the best possible product quality for print head type cartridges.
All steps are based on 5 min. cycles where you are able to process 3 cartridges through the cleaning cycle at the same time.
This will give you the best efficiency and most flexibility.
Equipment base:
- ShopTester 200
- ShopClean 105 Sponge Flushing
- ShopDrain 100 Centrifuge with multi-use cartridge adapter
- ShopDry 105 Sponge Dryer
- ShopVacuum Impregnation Unit (vacuum boiler)
- ShopFill 155 ML multi ink lines for direct connections or for syringe application
This equipment offers the most efficient way to make it so you are not cartridge dependent, and gives a quality clean empty cartridge for refilling. Approved and tested by several factory and shop applications for giving best finished cartridge results!
